DOC Friuli Grave Wines

Pecol Boin Farm is a recently built winery who can count on a staff of traditional and greatly skilled collaborators.

The territory on which our vineyards rise allow us to produce excellent grapes, thus obtaining genuine wines: 80 hectares, with 70 of them employed for the production of DOC and IGT Friulian wines, wines that are appreciated, renowned and requested both in Italy and worldwide.

The machinery, the equipment and the containers are all cutting-edge technology: most of our containers are built with stainless steel, while a part of them is built with refrigerated cement. For the refinement of the Cabernet Sauvignon, we use wooden barrels of different sizes. Every aspect of our company is well finished: the complete control over the productive processes of our products allow us to guarantee our customers a genuine wine with an excellent quality-price ratio.

At Pecol Boin Farm, we work in a harmonic mood, which allows us to carry out our activities in a professional manner, dedicating ourselves to innovation and tradition.

We carry out our work with great passion, taking care of all the aspects regarding the production and sale of wine, that’s why we distinguish ourselves in the sector of moderate prices quality wines: Prosecco DOC Millesimato, sparkling Prosecco, Ribolla spumante millesimata, white and red DOC and IGT Friulian wines, boxed wine, grappa of Tocai Friulano.

Apple juice, apple cider vinegar

Besides grapes, we also cultivate and produce apples used in the production of apple juice: the harvested fruits are mashed and then, making use of a centrifuge, we obtain the juice, which is later filtered and bottled up without the addition of any sugars or preservatives.

Pecol Boin Farm produces apple cider vinegar, in cooperation with an artisanal company that produce vinegar. Our vinegar has a delicate and fruity taste, and it’s an ideal product to enhance the taste of dishes based on fresh salads, vegetables and marinated fish.
