Pecol Boin apple juice

The production of apple juice takes place in different phases. We harvest and select hand by hand the apples produced in Pecol Boin orchards located in Spilimbergo (PN). The selected varieties of apples are Fuji, for their high juice content, and Golden Delicious, for their extraordinary sweetness.

100% apple juice

After an accurate cleaning, the apples are crumbled by a mill. The resulting mash is then delicately pressed in order to obtain the natural fruit juice. Once filtered, the apple juice is packaged into handy 3 liters boxes. Thanks to this process, the apple juice can be preserved in a completely natural manner, and, if kept correctly, it can be consumed even after one year since its opening.

The use of cutting-edge technology for the production of apple juice allows maintaining unaltered the precious nutrients and to enhance the taste of the apples, without adding any sugars or preservatives.
